The mission of Civitan Worldwide is to build good citizenship by providing a volunteer organization of clubs dedicated to serving individual and community needs with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities.

The Polk County Civitan Club is here for just that reason.  We are a group of volunteers that have a heart to reach out to our community.  We are helping to meet the needs of the developmental disabled and elderly in our area, along with a whole bunch of other projects that are for the good of all of Polk County.
